Return & Exchange Policy – Tayhan Mart
At Tayhan Mart, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering quality products and dependable service. In the event of any issues with the delivered product, we offer a return or exchange under the following conditions:

Conditions for Return/Exchange:

1. Parcel Opening Video is Mandatory:

  • A continuous video recording must be made from the moment you receive and begin unboxing the sealed parcel.
  • The video must not be paused, edited, or cut in any way.
  • It must clearly show the parcel label, product condition, and the issue (e.g., wrong, damaged, or defective item).

2. Submit Video Within 24 Hours:

  • The unboxing video must be shared with us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
  • Claims submitted after 24 hours will not be eligible for return or exchange.

3. Product Condition:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • All tags, accessories, and freebies (if any) must be included with the return.

4. Wrong or Defective Item Received:

  • If you receive a product that is incorrect, defective, damaged, or incomplete, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.

Returns Will Not Be Accepted in the Following Cases:

  • No unboxing video provided, or video is edited/paused.
  • Video shared after the 24-hour time frame.
  • Product is used, worn, or washed.
  • Minor variations in color or design due to lighting or camera – these are not considered defects.
  • Change of mind or personal dislike after receiving the product.

Replacement Process:

  • Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it thoroughly.
  • If the claim is found valid (i.e., wrong, damaged, or defective product), we will process and dispatch a replacement.
  • This process typically takes 2–3 working days after receiving the returned item.
